What counts toward the mailbox sending allowance?

Initial campaign emails and automated follow-ups count. Replies and incoming messages do not.

Is the monthly campaign email number a hard limit?

No. It is a rounded planning estimate based on the number of included mailboxes. Mailbox count is the plan entitlement.

How do credits work?

Credits pay for data and AI work such as prospect discovery, SEO metrics, verified contacts, AI email generation, competitor scans, and monitoring. They are separate from mailbox sending capacity.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Credits refresh each month, including on annual plans. Annual billing gives you one month free rather than depositing a full year of credits at once.

What is included in the trial?
