Terms of Service

AutoBacklinks provides a workspace for discovering link-building opportunities, scoring publishers, enriching contact data, and exporting prospect lists. We are continuously improving the Service. Features may be added, modified, or removed; material removals will be communicated in advance.

You need an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). Trials, where offered, require a card and convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

Usage-based limits (prospects discovered, contacts enriched, exports, AI runs) are documented on the pricing page and inside your dashboard. Overage may incur additional fees, which we will surface before they apply.

The Service is for legitimate B2B link-building and SEO research. You agree not to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email to consumers or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, ePrivacy, or local equivalents).
• Use the Service to harass, defame, mislead, or impersonate others.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the data we surface to you, beyond what is necessary for your own link-building workflow.
• Attempt to break, reverse engineer, overload, or probe the Service outside of an authorized security disclosure program.
• Upload malware, exploit code, or content that infringes anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. For severe abuse, we may act without notice.

You retain ownership of everything you upload, create, or generate inside your workspace (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not use Customer Content to train third-party models, and we do not sell it.

The Service, including software, design, copy, and aggregated data surfaces, is owned by AutoBacklinks and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service uses third-party providers for backlink graphs, contact discovery, AI scoring, and related data enrichment. We pass through their data and capabilities “as is” and cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of any individual provider. Outages or rate limits at upstream providers may impact features that depend on them.

If you export contact data and use it in another email, CRM, or outreach tool, you are responsible for the content, the recipient list, sender authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), unsubscribe handling, and compliance with applicable laws. AutoBacklinks provides prospect and contact data; you control what happens after export.

We work to keep the dashboard available and communicate planned maintenance in advance when practical. Support is provided by email; some paid plans may include priority support where that benefit is listed for the plan.

You can cancel from the billing settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fall delinquent on payment, or pose a security risk. You should export any data you need before termination. Deletion and retention of account data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any specific SEO outcome, ranking improvement, or response rate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold AutoBacklinks harmless from third-party claims arising out of (a) your Customer Content, (b) your use of exported contact data, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms when we ship material changes to the Service. We will notify active customers by email or in-app at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in a court or forum with proper jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws grant you a different forum.
